ACERTUS offers comprehensive benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as maternity, family planning and infertility services, and a focus on mental health resources. We also provide onsite access to a full-service gym, fitness classes and showers in select locations.
ACERTUS recognizes 8 holidays as well as a flexible PTO policy so you can take the time off you need. We also offer 5-7 weeks of paid leave for expecting parents, including birth, adoption and placement of a child, depending on length of service.

Financial health
We offer market-competitive compensation, annual merit-based reviews, and a Fidelity 401k plan (standard and Roth).
